The product prices listed are current and updated. However, these are subject to change without advance notice. All prices on this web site are processed in Indian Rupees ,Malaysian Ringets,US Dollars, UAE Dhirams and the prices are not inclusive of all taxes. All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at the price in effect, at the time of shipping. Our products are liable for GST in India .
All international shipping orders may attract local duties applicable in that country and the customer will have to pay locally, accordingly. We will not be able to confirm what these charges will be in advance and are not liable to pay these from our end.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders once placed through our website cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be made once an order has been successfully placed.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We ship all over India and Internationally. Usually the order is dispatched within 48 hours and is delivered within 7 working days from the date of dispatch.If stocks are available: orders placed before 1 pm on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, the payment received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 1 pm will be shipped the next business day. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping charges are mentioned on our website. Shipping charges and transit time will vary, depending on the location. All international packages are shipped via DHL / FedEx. All transit times are Monday to Saturday. International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs.
International delivery time is approximately 10 to 12 days.
For some shipments delivered outside the India, the importing country may charge an import duty/VAT on top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and Jenny’s Arabian Beauty cannot reimburse the charges. International customers are responsible for any import or customs fees charged by your government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged.
Packaging and Damage
Jennys Arabian Beauty maintains a very high level of quality control and till date, we have received minimal complaints about the quality of our packaging.
Furthermore, less than 0.02% 0f our products we ship are returned to us as damaged. To ensure your products remain undamaged during the shipping process, each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap, which are then packaged in boxes which are wrapped in plastics.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging. Till date, we have received minimal complaints about damaged products due to our packaging.
LIMITATIONS
For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labelling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country standards. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order shipment are initiated for RTO(return to origin) back to us, for further information regarding refund/reshipping kindly contact us via email on support@maccaron.in
When the order is delivered the delivery partner along with us sends the notification for the same via SMS or mail. If the shipment is not received and marked delivered, please check with neighbour’s, security or any other family member if anyone accepted the delivery on your behalf, if not, kindly contact us immediately via email on support@maccaron.in within 24-36 business hours for the concern.
